You define the organizational structure: each agent is assigned a role, a manager, and their own email inbox. You only communicate with the top-level agent, and then tasks are automatically distributed throughout the hierarchy.
Agents coordinate work via email just like a real team would. Every instruction, response, and task transfer is recorded. All data remains on your computer, and agents continue to work even after you close your laptop lid.
