1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or registering on GotBurnout (gotburnout.io), you explicitly agree to adhere to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.
2. Platform Services & Access Tiers
GotBurnout delivers live AI model benchmarking, directory of agent skills, developer tooling, step-by-step educational guides, interactive tier-list makers, and a closed community.
- Free Access (Guest / Registered): Browsing model tier-lists, public benchmark data, skills directory, and guide samples is open to everyone.
- Plus Tier: Grants full access to in-depth engineering guides, 3D avatar customizers, and monthly unlocked study materials.
- Pro Tier: Includes all educational courses, daily AI industry briefings, and verified private membership in the closed Telegram community.
3. Account Security & Conduct
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and active browser sessions.
[!CAUTION] Reselling, renting, or redistributing paid account access or gated proprietary guides to third parties is strictly prohibited. Accounts exhibiting simultaneous sessions from conflicting geographic regions may be suspended pending verification.
4. Intellectual Property
- Proprietary Content: All original guides, architectural blueprints, UI design systems, and software code samples are the intellectual property of GotBurnout.
- Benchmark Data: AI performance scores and model parameters are aggregated from recognized public evaluations (LMSYS Chatbot Arena, Artificial Analysis, LiveBench) with explicit attribution.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): By sharing prompts, submitting custom tier-lists, or publishing feedback, you grant GotBurnout a perpetual, non-exclusive license to host, format, and display the content.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in:
- Bulk automated scraping or programmatic data harvesting of the 101,000+ skills catalog without written consent.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities, circumventing authentication paywalls, or executing DDoS attacks against platform infrastructure.
- Distributing malicious code, exploits, spam, or unlawful material.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform, benchmarks, and guides are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain absolute precision in model rankings, we cannot be held liable for API changes, unexpected model degradation, or pricing adjustments by third-party AI laboratories.
7. Payments & Instant Digital Delivery
- Payment Gateway: Online payment processing is securely provided by licensed acquiring gateway Monobank (JSC "UNIVERSAL BANK").
- Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard (worldwide), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and monopay with full 3D-Secure authentication.
- Billing Currency: All transactions are billed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). Currency conversion for foreign cards is processed automatically at the buyer's issuing bank rate.
- Instant Fulfillment: All subscription access, engineering guides, and software materials are intangible digital goods. The platform fulfills its obligation immediately upon successful card authorization. Access is activated instantly and automatically in the user's account.
- Refunds: Governed by our dedicated Refund Policy.
